How to order

1. Select Product
Click “shop” on the Navigation Menu. Select the product you want to purchase according to the quantity. The product will automatically added to your Shopping Cart

2. Review Your Bag
Click on the SHOPPING BAG icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items.

3. Check Out
If you decide to finalise your order, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

4. Enter your Coupon Code
Visit the ‘Rewards’ page to check if you are eligible for a discount. Be sure to copy the code that corresponds to your transaction amount and paste it into the ‘COUPON CODE’ field BEFORE proceeding with your payment.

Please note that discounts cannot be applied or reimbursed after an order has been placed, even if you meet the minimum purchase requirements for a discount code.”

4. Billing & Shipping Address
Review that your Billing and Shipping Address are correct and continue to select your Payment Methods. Agree to Our Terms & Conditions and proceed to PLACE YOUR ORDER. Follow the payment instructions based on your chosen method.

5. Finish Shopping
An on-screen receipt with an ORDER ID will appear. You will need the ORDER ID to confirm payment (if you choose “Bank Transfer” payment method) and to check your order status. Make sure you write down your ORDER ID in case you need to refer to it later. We will also send you the payment details to your email address.

We use the following courier services:
– JNE www.jne.co.id
– JNE Regular (1-2 days)
– JNE Yes (Next Day) *depending on the destination

Please refer to jne.co.id for shipping rates. Shipping cost will be added to your total purchase after you have checked out. Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 (one) kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page that you can reach by simply clicking the product photo.

Shipping Schedule

When placing your order on invernessindonesia.id, please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Friday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Please allow 3-5 working days after payment confirmation for us to check you payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occur.

Tracking my shipping

Once your order has been shipped via JNE, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. You can visit JNE website and enter the tracking number to view the status of your order delivery.

Lost or Stolen Package

Shipping Insurance Requirement
For the protection of your purchase, we require shipping insurance for all transactions. This insurance covers any potential loss or damage to your package during transit. Shipping insurance costs will be calculated based on the value of your order and will be added to your order total during the checkout process.

Company Liability for Lost or Damaged Packages
Please be aware that Inverness Indonesia is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to our trusted shipping partners. We work diligently to ensure that your items are carefully packaged and prepared for transit, but once your package leaves our facility, it is under the care and responsibility of the shipping carrier.
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives in a damaged condition, we strongly advise you to follow the steps outlined in our Claims Process (Section 3) to seek compensation through the shipping insurance.

Claims Process for Damaged Packages
In the event that your package arrives damaged, we require you to take the following steps to initiate a claim for compensation:
a. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process a claim for a damaged package, it is essential that you record an unboxing video at the time of accepting the package. The video should clearly show the unopened package, the condition of the packaging, and the process of opening it. This video will serve as crucial evidence when filing a claim.
b. Contact Inverness Indonesia Customer Support
Immediately (within 24 hours) after discovering any damage to your package, please contact our customer support team admin@invernessindonesia.id Provide them with the following information:
Your order number
The unboxing video
Detailed photographs of the damaged items and packaging
A description of the damage
c. Filing a Claim with the Shipping Insurance
Once we have received your information, our customer support team will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the shipping insurance provider. Please note that the success of your claim may depend on the thoroughness of your documentation, including the unboxing video.
